Technology Tip of the Week: Snap&Read Outline to Google Doc and review of how to Archive Google Classroom Classes! This week I thought I would give a short tidbit on how to move an outline created in Snap & Read to a Google Doc, and a review how to archive your Google Classroom Classes for the end of the school year (as a repost from last year). Some of you went to the training on "Snap & Read" recently (if you missed it, please see the PAST SNAP&READ BLOG on how to use it!). Snap & Read has a great feature that allows students to select text and add it to an outline. There are even a variety of outline templates. (See image below):

Once the student has the outline completed, to get the text in a Google Doc, here is what you do!

Please note: You can do the same for the "Sources" that have been collected or added. To move them over to your Google Doc, just drag and drop!

Archiving Classes in Google Classroom!

Please watch the video tutorial on what do you with your Google Classroom classes at the end of the school year! Once you archive your classes, you can still reuse the posts in a new classroom!
