Bitmoji ImageTip of the Week: Gmail Schedule Send

Today we are going to look at a feature of Gmail that I frequently use, called "Schedule Send"; Often times I remember that I need to send an email to someone but it may not be at a reasonable hour of the day, or it may not be needed until the following week. With "schedule send" in Gmail, I can pick a date and time to send the email, therefore making it easier to not forgot about it!

How to Schedule Send a Gmail messageFirst, go to Gmail and compose and email (be sure you have added the email address to the person you would like to send the email to). Next, click on the arrow to the right of the "Send" button (see image below). You will see the option to "Schedule send". Click schedule send...

Next, you can either choose one of set times you will see first (as seen below);

OR, you can choose to "pick date & time" to create a specified time of your choice. When you click that option you will get a calendar box that looks like this..

Once you choose your date and time and select "schedule send" you will then notice that a new option appears near your "Drafts" folder called "Scheduled"(this will only appear after you schedule an email to be sent). You can go to this box if you want to cancel the scheduled time or edit the email.

Have a great day! Thank you for reading!
