If you are new to SAU16, you may not know that our school has a site license for Edpuzzle. Edpuzzle is a teaching tool that allows you to create videos or use already-created videos with integrated questions for your classes.
Go to edpuzzle.com and sign in with your school email account.
If you have never used Edpuzzle, you can get familiarized by using the YouTube playlist "Getting Started with Edpuzzle" created by EdPuzzle.
The below video, "How to find a video on Edpuzzle" gives a clear explanation of how to use various tools to search content. Using the "Discover" Feature, you can search through already created content, or search through "My Network/ My School" to find content from a sau16.org member.
Note: "EdPuzzle Originals" is a newer feature that is not noted in this video.
I wanted to share that "Edpuzzle Originals" have added an informative series of videos that are based on the topic of Digital Citizenship. This is a topic I feel we could integrate more into our school. I am sharing them if you want to use them in Advisory, or as part of your class.
Edpuzzle is also integrated with Canvas. If you do not see it listed on your navigation bar in the Canvas class, go to the class- "Settings", select "Navigation" and drag it up on the navigation bar!
