Technology Tip of the Week: Sketchpad 5.1- works on Touchscreen Chromebooks!
I recently discovered a great tool called Sketchpad 5.1 that works on Chromebooks! I wanted to share this tool with you because I believe it would be useful for students and staff (especially if you use a touch screen Chromebook)!
SKETCHPAD 5.1
This is a free, online application that allows students or teachers to draw, write, type, add shapes, or clipart to a variety of different backgrounds (such as white, graph paper, etc.). I have been testing a variety of "drawing/ whiteboard" applications for Chromebooks, and this one, by far, has the most versatility!
There are a variety of tools that you can choose from that work with a touch screen (using your finger to draw, a stylus, or using the mouse on your computer). You can add text (with some unique fonts), add shapes, or even clip art images.
