Tip of the Week: Screencastify Submit
Screencastify Update:
Unlimited access to the screencast tool has been extended to June 30, 2020 for schools! 😎
Recently, Screencastify offered a beta test for a new feature coming called "Screencastify Submit". I know this the end of the school year, but this may be a tool you could use now or when we return to school (however that may look!).
This feature allows you to create a Screencastify assignment and assign it to students. Students create their own Screencastify video and click "submit". All of the videos compile in a Google Drive folder. This integrates with Canvas and Google Classroom. The free beta trial runs until June 30th, 2020.
To request early access to try Screencastify Submit
(I requested access and was granted it a few hours later via email)
What is Screencastify Submit (what the below video by Screencastify)?
