Tip of the Week: Zoom Participant Report I want to commend all of you for what you have done to get remote learning off to a start! I know this is stressful time for everyone. We have had many new technology initiatives, and to be honest, I am just learning them along with you. Many of you have expressed the challenges you are facing taking attendance while in a Zoom meeting, on a chromebook, at the beginning of class. I am still looking into possible solutions to help; a Google Form, or Sheet that students sign into as they join the Zoom call? I do not know yet, but I am working on it. One thing I did learn is how to pull a Zoom report that shows the participants in the meeting. This may be helpful for you to confirm your attendance.

1. You
2. The host (If you’re not the host)
3. Phone numbers with no names
4. Unmuted participants (sorted alphabetically)
