Canva has recently agreed to sign the New Hampshire Data Privacy agreement! This is great news for a neat tool that works on chromebooks. As Ellen Sargent, the CMS Technology Coordinator, stated "This could not have been possible without the strength and persistence from The Student Data Privacy Consortium and fellow NH School Districts who banded together in pressuring this company to recognize the importance of student data privacy and NH’s commitment to this protection". Canva is now accessible again for staff and students to use!
What is Canva? Canva is a web based platform that can be used to create a number of creative designs for tasks such as posters, flyers, brochures, infographics, presentations, resumes, logos, newsletters, and more! You can also use teams that can work together on a project. There are many templates you can choose from that you can edit, and upload your own images to if you wish.
