Tip of the Week: Classroom Relay- screen monitoring software! 

I am excited that we now have a school license to Classroom Relay, a screen monitoring software. We hope this tool will help you to keep students on track in your classroom, easily share resources with them, and have a bit more control when you want their attention away from the chromebook. 

*** Please note: As with all new software, there may be some glitches as we roll this out! This tool is to be used only for in person learning when students are in your classroom. 

Here are some of the features that Classroom Relay can offer:

• View students screens
• Monitor what websites they are working on to ensure they are on track.
• Push a website to all students chromebooks
• Close a website that a student is using (if not appropriate) 
• Limit websites to only ones you list
• Allow all websites except ones you list
• Send a message to a student
• Lock/Unlock all screens
• Insights - brings up student that seems to be off task at top of screen

1. To get started, you can access Classroom Relay by going to https://classroom.relay.school

2. Select a class and then set the time schedule for each class.
