Tip of the Week: YouTube Closed Captions Wow, where has the year gone!? I hope everyone enjoys their Holiday Break next week! Today I want to show you how to easily turn on closed captions on while using YouTube. Using closed captioning is a good practice when showing any video, to ensure everyone is getting the information. There is a nice shortcut to turn it on as well! How do I turn on Closed Captions when I play a YouTube Video? Easy breezy! All you do is type a "C" while it is playing and that will turn on closed captions! Type"+" to make the captions larger! Type "-" to make them smaller!NOTE: This feature only works on videos that have CC (some movies and songs will not work with the shortcut, unfortunately).
How do I skip to a specific time on the YouTube video?Another handy trick in YouTube to skip to a specific time in seconds in the video: just type the number of seconds while the video is playing "2" for 2 minutes, "20" for 20 minutes!
